Laura Robb is the newest member of the ABLEnow team. Her new paid role will include writing for the ABLEnow blog, newsletter, and social media, along with other communications-related assignments.

Many customers may recognize Laura as one of the program’s first ABLEnow Ambassadors. She opened her account in 2017 and immediately started enjoying a new level of freedom—financial independence. Read more about Laura in her Ambassador spotlight here.

ABLEnow empowers Laura to put money aside in her own savings account and work toward future goals. As an Ambassador, she’s advocated for ABLEnow by participating in media interviews, a podcast, a video shoot, and joined ABLEnow staff at a statewide disability conference.

Laura is well-prepared for her new position. In addition to being an ABLEnow customer and self-advocate, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in communications. She currently speaks and writes about thriving beyond limits, sharing stories from everyday life on her blog, lauracrobb.com.

When asked what she’s most excited about in this new role with the program, Laura said that she’s looking forward to helping to write blog posts that spotlight how other ABLEnow customers across the country are using their accounts to save like never before.
