Individuals with hearing or speech disabilities may dial 711 to access Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) from a telephone or TTY.
Customers may immediately report a lost or stolen ABLEnow Card in the secure online account portal. Navigate to the “Tools & Support” tab for the link to report a missing card 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
